Why will genmoji not work on my iPad air 5?

it's on IOS 18.3.1, has more than 10 GB of storage, and is on a high battery. Can anybody help me?

Why does Genmoji say 'Downloading Support' after latest iOS update on iPhone? after the newest update on my phone when I go on Genmoji it doesn’t let me use it and it says downloading support idk if it’s the same for everyone [Re-Titled by Moderator]
