How do I remove multiple 'other networks' on Mac mini?
Why do I have numerous 'other networks' on my Mac mini networks page and how do I dispose of them?

Which networks are you talking about? A screenshot would help.
If you mean the"other networks" you see when you try to connect to WiFi then there's nothing you can do. It's just all the networks that the Mac can see - in my case I can see my neighbours' networks and some networks from the school just across the road. That's the way WiFi works and you can only connect to the ones that you have passwords for.
If you're talking about the list of "known networks" that you see in the Advanced tab of network settings then that's a list of all the networks you've connected to in the past. You can delete them using the three-dot button at the RH end of each item in the list - but there's no point really and if you do then your Mac won't auto-connect the next time you're in range of that WiFi.

it's the default behavior of all wifi enabled devices to show a list of all wifi networks within reach set to broadcast their SSID
