I want to use funds in my apple account but it isn’t listed as an option in my apple wallet so I can’t add the account. Every video I have watched to add the account shows the account in wallet but mine doesn’t appear. How do I get it available to select?

I’m at a loss. Are you logged into your iTunes account and Apple Account? If not, please log in.
Open the Wallet app and your Apple Account card should be right there, ready to be added. To add an Apple Account card, touch “+” in the top-right corner of the iPhone’s Wallet app. On the “Add to Wallet” screen, choose the option labeled “Add Apple Account” underneath the “Available Cards” heading. Choose “Continue” on the next screen. After a few moments, your Apple Account card will be ready to use.

In the app and I’ve tried in ‘wallet and pay’ in settings. My account doesn’t appear so I can’t use it to pay for things. It all started because I tried to make an in-app purchase. It wouldn’t work and directed me to iTunes. I’ve allowed in app purchases and added money to the account but I can’t use it because the account isn’t showing in wallet. See what I mean? I’ve lost hours trying to sort it out 🤦♀️
Hi Jeff, had neither of those. I’m on an iPhone 11 (sorry old model I know!) on latest iOS as I update regularly. I did some searching and found the apple support app so am in an exchange with them. It might be a third party app problem I’m not sure. I’ve sent them some photos so hoping they can fix it, if not I’ll be back! Thank you so much for your help, really appreciated but I won’t take any more of your time today. Enjoy what’s left of your weekend.

It’s all set to the UK so that’s not it
It may be related, but let’s try a couple of other possibilities. Have you ever had VPN software or antivirus/malware software on your iPhone?
What model iPhone and what iOS version are you using?
I’ve just checked in settings and it says VPN isn’t connected. I don’t know if it’s meant to be!
