How do I use Live Listen to stream TV to my hearing aids?

“i want touse live lisyen: I want to use Live Listen to stream TV to my hearing aids but when I get to Hearing Controlg Center and choose Live Listen delete shows on the screen. Should I take a chance or am I doing something wrong?Thank you, Michael8247”

A. Hearing Aids and Ringer:

See if works as an option for you... Safely lay these next to you and have "Vibrate" enabled as the ringer type. Go here: How to Put your iPhone On Vibrate, Ring, or Silent Mode - Apple Support

B. Troubleshooting Bluetooth:

• Try disabling Bluetooth, and then reenabling it.
• Unsync them, then Reassign them. To do so, on your iPhone, Go Here:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Bluetooth
3. Tap: the "i" icon next to your Hearing Aid
4. Tap: Forget This Device
5. Tap: again to confirm.

C. Contact the Manufacturer:

Contacting the manufacturer of the Bluetooth accessory would help as well. You'd visit their home page, and would the would find their Contact Us link (usually forum on the direct bottom of the page, or on a Contact Us tab.
