The clip looks very blurry, I can tell the video is now way zoomed in. I tried reinserting the clip from the original footage, and it still ended up like that when I enabled stabilization. What's weird is that I've stabilized all the other clips...

Are you confident that there is not excessive camera movement in that one particular clip, forcing Stabilization to zoom the clip way up in order to stabilize it?
Have you tried a different Stabilization method to see if the result is more to your liking?

It is a very old video 1984-86, so there is excessive shaking.
Files taken with recent digital cameras are relatively easy to stabilize. Stabilizing older videos is difficult.
I shoot with a Sony camera. Sony users can use the free app "CatalystBrowse" to achieve powerful image stabilization.

Zooming in is an inevitable consequence and part of stabilisation.
The greater the amount of camera movement, the greater the zooming.
What clips? What are the clips dimensions? The project dimensions?
Do you happen to have the Viewer zoomed in? Click the little menu at the top of the viewer, and instead of a percentage choose "Fit".
