Apple Pay refund after card cancellation

I have purchased two pairs of jeans both which I have returned and asked for a refund to my original method of purchase- which was apply pay. Last night I had my car broken in to and my cards stolen so I have had to cancel them. Will my refund still come back to me even though the card is now cancelled?
