How do I turn on vibrate with ringtone on iPhone?

My ringtone used to also have vibrate. I don’t know when or how it stopped. How can I turn it on again?

Currently the phone will ring AND vibrate when sound is on and vibrate only when in silent mode. Current Settings: in Sounds and Haptics/Ringtone and Alerts, I have "Haptics" set to "Play in Silent Mode" and I have a ringtone selected and text tone selected; and in Notifications/Phone I have "Allow Notifications" set to "on".

Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > RINGTONE AND ALERTS > Haptics and make changes.
