Hi,
I have a problem with the wi-fi. In fact, when I open the wi-fi connection, my iMac (OS Monterey 12.7.3, iMac Retina late 2015), starts an infinite scan, so much so that it blocks the mac. I tried to reinstall the entire operating system, but it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

It could be possible that your WiFi module is something wrong. Try to check with Apple Diagnostics if it reports WiFi module related error.

In Network Pref. try deleting Wifi Interface using the tiny minus icon, then at the top of that pane click Locations, create a brand new one, then back to the left pane, click the tiny plus icon, add Wifi, click on gear then Set service order, drag Wifi to top of list.

Unfortunately the link you gave me, does not work on my iMac version (late 2015). Is there any other software that can scan the wifi?
