How do I unblock international calls on iPhone?

When I want to do a call (i have italian SIM card) to Denmark I can’t because it say me that I have block in calls.

how I can disable this?

My iphone 13 pro cannot make international calls I can make domestic calls but not international calls on my iphone 13 pro. I think it is not due to the network provider because: (1) My network provider confirms there is no restriction on my sim card. (2) I have changed the physical sim card just in case. (3) My sim card works just fine on my aunt’s iphone 13. Is there something wrong with my phone itself?
