Why won't my iPhone 13 camera flip in certain apps?

I got this iPhone 13 around a week ago and I just noticed this issue the past couple of days.

In apps such as snapchat, tiktok and instagram, my front camera works just fine, but when I try to flip the camera it does not work. In the actual camera app, both the front and back camera work.
