When I’m on Facebook and go to Marketplace i get a white page everything else works ok. If I go and clear the open sites on my destop I can get into marketplace once, then when I come back to the desk top and try going back to marketplace I get the blank white page again. Need help on this one thanks

Someone on another thread for the same issue gave a remedy that works When you get the dreaded white page turn your iPad in the opposite direction that you are using to browse then back again and FB Marketplace will reappear. As an example, I use my iPad in landscape mode, I turn it to portrait mode then back to landscape and it reappears. Much easier/quicker fix until Facebook or Apple fixes this bug. Hope this helps other people. PS. I am using iOS 18.3.2
This did work for me. Just physically turn your iPad from landscape to verticle then back again. It also works to log out and log back in, but as soon as you go to a different application, it quits working again.
I’m having the same problem. Marketplace works fine on my iPhone 15 but not on my iPad Pro. It’s been happening for a few weeks now and I’ve tried everything.
as stated in one of these earlier Community posts, I turned my iPad from landscape to portrait and it works. Hope they find a fix soon.
It’s working fine now that I updated to iOS 18.4.
Hi, I had exactly the same issue (IPad Pro / 18.3.1) Issue is not completely resolved using following method (thanks to poster) however, it solves the issue while browsing current session.
Method:
Open FB Marketplace
Turn “Portrait Orientation Lock” Off ……
Rotate IPad to portrait orientation - hopefully you will see images loading
Return IPad to landscape orientation
Fingers Crossed
Upgrade to 18.4 and seems to work now! Frustrating for weeks

I have the same issue, on the latest IPAD AIR. I have also deleted FB, re-install without a fix. How-ever when having the Marketplace open with the white page present, I tilted the IPAD from landscape to portrait, and then back to landscape, and then the Marketplace page update with the ads. It then works for a short while again, and one has to repeat the above.
Tipping from landscape to portrait works for me and is a better work around than swiping and closing and reopening the app until a proper fix is released.

Hi on your iPad go down to the bottom left-hand corner sweep up and close all your open apps then open Facebook and try opening Marketplace, for me I can get Marketplace to open and browse as long as I stay in there but once I go back to the desk top I have to close the open apps to get back in,
I know this is very inconvenient but hope it helps until we all get a fix.
I find I’ve got to close the Facebook app completely and reopen it. This starts Facebook fresh first on the marketplace where I can see everything again. I know it’s a temp fix but it’s better than nothing.
Upgraded IOS 18.4, so far it’s working

So the best work around for this I have found is to swipe up to close Facebook. Then go back in and reopen the Facebook app, and before clicking anything else going straight into the marketplace. Then it seems to work OK for that session.
