How to stop Apple sending me emails.

Every day I receive emails from Apple Support Community informing me of the latest contributions to the 'How to remove Category items in IOS 18.2 Mail'. My only contribution to the (lively) discussion was to thank the person who gave a straightforward response to what had seemed to be a rather complicated situation thus allowing me to solve the problem. Since then my inbox is filling daily to inform me of the latest contributors to the discussion and threatens to become an even greater irritant than the original (now solved) problem. Did I trigger the new problems by ticking (or not ticking) a box in ignorance? Does Apple intend to keep me up to date despite my thanks for the problem sorted? How do I stop Apple cluttering up my inbox?
