Why is FaceTime audio volume so inconsistent on iPhone?

How have y’all seriously not fixed this issue yet??? if I’m on FaceTime with my bff at night I can’t hear JACK shi on other apps like I can’t watch TikTok or anything else while on FaceTime unless my volume is ALLLLLL the way up and still I can barely hear it and then when my friend start talking it’s EXTREMELY loud. Like do y’all genuinely not care? Because you guys just seem to close all other discussions on here. People are having this problem and it’s AGGYYY I should be able to multi task on a phone I paid 2 GRAND on. I’m genuinely going to switch to a different brand if y’all can’t get ur act together and actually have some consumer integrity
