You can download the free MacTracker app for Macs that has specifications for all currently available devices. The iPad 11 isn’t in it yet, because it isn’t available. Here is the information for the iPad 10, and I doubt the 11 will have less than the 4 GB in the iPad 10:
Once the iPad 11 is actually delivered MacTracker will be updated. FWIW, the iPad Air (M2) has 8 GB.

actually they sold less then you think. a lot of people did not upgrade to 10 due to price increase and lack of performance increase.
What is your source for that statement?
Looking at Apple’s iPad sales for the most recent quarter iPad sales were up 32% year over year.
By iPad 11, do you mean the just-announced iPad (A16)?
It's too early to look up the amount of RAM in MacTracker. However, Apple's iPad comparison tool seems to show that the iPad (A16) does not support Apple Intelligence. That strongly suggests that it has less than 8 GB of RAM. Whether less means 4 GB or 6 GB, who knows?

Why would anyone here 1)be hiding anything from your or 2) care what you notice?
9to5Mac has this list:
https://9to5mac.com/ipad-ram-list-2/
Historically, Apple hasn't listed the RAM for iPhones and iPads.

4gb is not nearly enough. just ask people who game on their ipads.
Buy an iPad Pro.
so yeah they do hide information from the consumer because we will not buy a new version is its going to be constantly crashing.
I don't think Apple has a major sales issue with iPads. And, frankly, iPads are not primarily gaming devices. Yes, you can play games on them but they are not really optimized for that.
no the ipad 11th gen is not listed there.
But it gives you some idea of the amounts.

no i can get an android that is better for that price
You should aways buy what best meets your needs. It makes no difference to me.

And I was a big user of that once upon a time. Now I tend to forget about it. Don't know why. Probably too much of my brain space is taken up with things like the activation sequence for a Motorola Microtac....
