Writing Tools and Image Playground not showing up on MacBook Air

I just updated to MacOS 15.3.1, but Apple Intelligence is not working - it's on but features like Writing Tools are not showing up. It was working fine in 15.1, then it stopped. Image Playground also doesn't work. What's going on?

screenshot app not working with ventura Hi all, I just finished upgrading my MacBook Pro from macOS Big Sur to Ventura. Everything seems working except the screenshot app. That doesn't start up, no clue what to do. Anyone that knows what is going on? Thanks in advance for helping me out. Greets, Dany

file preview stuck on loading icon | does not preview or quick from finder Ever since I updated to the latest macOS (ventura 13.3 - 22E252), the preview and quick look feature for files in finder does not work. It keeps loading but never previews the file. However, the preview app does work, so when I fully open the file, it opens up correctly with it's designated app but the quick look feature and preview in finder does not. This seems to affect files of all size types small to large I've attached a screenshot for reference.

Apple Intelligence is having issues on my end too. I also tried Image Playground on MacOS 15.3.1 and it does not function properly. I believe it to be a fault on their end and will hopefully be patched in 15.4.

What happened to me incase you were wondering is that I open Image Playground, apply a prompt and wait. Normally after a few seconds an image loads but the load will hold and stop with no image loaded.

I am to assume this issue came from 15.3 as 15.3.1 was a security patch.
