"Iphone 16 Pro Max?: I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max and need to offload a lot of pictures from my phone and iCloud on to a photo stick or a thumb/flash drive (I really don’t want to incur additional cost to buy more iCloud space). Will the Omni Photo Stick or the SanDisk Ixpand thumb drive work on my I16 Pro Max phone ?"
-------
Designating these as "Downloaded":
Are these photos actually downloaded? Are these photos stored in iCloud as well? If there are in iCloud,. they will stay there, as your iPhone is a client of the photo cloud server. So, as long as they are uploaded to iCloud, then you can delete them from your iPhone safely. If there is no down arrow on a photo's icon, then that means they are locally stored on your iPhone.
Sync Photos and Contacts Through iCloud:
Enable Photos in iCloud on different device devices. All will be accessible on the other device. Then, download them to your Mac, next trashing them from iCloud Photos.
