Why can't the person on FaceTime hear audio during screen sharing?

The person I facetime can’t hear me or audio i show while on screen share. I’ve tried going through settings and my phone is updated to ios 18, nothing seems to work and i can’t find anyway to fix it

People hear my internal sounds on FaceTime I have an iPhone 15 and people can hear my videos and music when I am on Factime, but when the same people I am on Facetime with play their videos(also on their phones) I cannot hear them. We have tested this multiple times, and this never used to happen on my older models. Recently it has actually changed from bits and pieces to other people being able to hear full videos. How do I fix so they can’t hear me, I know for a fact this isn’t because I don’t wear headphones as this issue has never happened before.

facetime audio Hi so every-time i facetime this one certain person, they can hear me but i cant hear them, when they talk its like delayed and glitchy?? how can i fix this. its only on one person, ive tried restarting my phone and everything and nothings worked.
