Weather App Map Defaults to Wind

Starting yesterday default map on the weather app defaults to wind. I want precipitation. Change the map to precipitation and next time I open that location goes back to wind. This is true on all devices for all locations I have stored except one that is under storm warning. If I delete a location then add it back in, still defaults to wind.
