Itunes suddenly freezes and has to be shut down + restart

I'm running the latest versions of iTunes and Windows, yet iTunes keeps crashing. It will often crash in the middle of a playlist. When the music stops, I am forced to use Task List to force iTunes to quit and restart it.



Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.
