I live in country where the service is available (Czechia) using iPhone 16 Max 18.3.1, AirPod 2B21 and can take hearing test but Hearing Assistance option in not available. Does anyone have any suggestions about how to solve the problem of who to contact? Thanks

Does list Czechia under the hearing test.
However,
Czechia does not appear in the list of countries where regulatory / marketing authorities have approved its use.
The TGA in USA approved it for USA. The relevant authorities in your country may not have approved it, or if they have jjust recently done so, it can take a few months in order for it to become available on devices through an iOS update.
