Soft shift breaks the justifications of text in paragraph

This issue might seem trivial, but using "control + return" breaks the justification. I cannot find any other shortcut to get the last word of a line to the next one beside using spaces, which seems like bad practice.

  1. original text

2. After using "control + return"3. Wanted result

Thanks in advance for your help.

Pages is not InDesign and I doubt you can achieve the "wanted" justification as shown. At least, not without spending an impractical time in Pages to arrive at no solution.

I varied L, R, and both margins while tweaking Helvetica and different fonts, decimal font sizes, and character spacing. A soft return is not the answer. Even decimal kerning, as offered in the Bean word-processing application did not arrive at your justification goal.
