Why is my purchased ringtone not showing on my iPhone?

I purchased two songs for Iphone Ringtones but only one shows up in Ringtones

i bought a song to put at my ringtone and it wont work my iPhone is up to date. (IOS 17.3) i bought three songs to put them as my ringtone. every time i go to klick on “download all purchased tones” my songs doesn’t show up. i’ve tried restarting my phone and re downloading all three songs but nothing is working.

I also have bought ringtones and music on my iPhone iTunes and I cannot use them or I can’t find them to put them on my ringtone.
