How can I disable lost mode on iPhone without Wi-Fi or cellular service?

My iPhone SE 2020 has been put into lost mode due to an incident. However, I cannot remove it from lost mode due to its request for a fingerprint. The finger print sensor is nonfunctional due to a home button failure. The iPhone also no longer connects to wifi or cellular services, so iCloud bypass to turn off lost mode has failed as well. There are documents I need to recover that are stored locally which have not been backed up and some application local data as well, so I am looking for a way to remove lost mode from the phone despite these issues.

Unfortunately, this is basically a Catch 22, so you will not like the answers that you are about to hear.

The Home button....and possibly the screen....need to be repaired before anything else can happen to get the phone working again.

But....these repairs cannot be accomplished without complete data loss on the phone in the process.
