IOS 18.3.1 causing silent outgoing calls on iPhone 13 PRO MAX

Since updating to IOS 18.3.1, I'm facing an issue when trying to call out to any type of number. There is no ringing feedback from the phone when it's trying the number dialled, and when picked up at the other end, the person can hear me, but i cannot hear them. I found that rebooting the phone fixes this issue for a period of time before then the issue returns. Not wanting to have to reboot my phone all the time, I then proved that the same temporary fix results from simply toggling airplane mode on and then off again and re-dialling. I don't know if anyone else has discovered this issue, or if it's just me, but the phone was fine before the update, and nothing bad has happened to the phone since the update. So i'm putting this issue down to a glitch in this IOS version. I don't know how to report this back to Apple themselves other than doing what i'm doing now, typing this issue out here.
