Why are FaceTime calls not appearing in the normal call log after iOS 18.3.1 update?

I recently updated my iPhone 16 plus to the new iOS 18.3.1…. I can no longer see my FaceTime calls within the phone app. I have to go to the FaceTime app to see my calls. Why is the FaceTime calls not appearing in the normal call log ??

FaceTime notifications won’t show Since I just did the new update today none of my FaceTime incoming calls show in my notifications or as missed calls. I’ve restarted my phone, toggled the FaceTime switch in settings and neither has worked. Please advise how to proceed.
