Solution to alarm not going off after 18.3.1 update on iPhone

Same issue here I leave my phone on silent/DNS but still need my alarms to go off and vibrate with notifications. Simple fix that I did not expect to have to do. Go to settings>>sounds and haptics>>ringtones and alerts. If you are like me, the volume is already all the way up. To fix issue you have to actually move the volume to play a sound, reminding the phone this is what the user wants and at this volume. You can then put back to max volume and problem should be fixed. Worked for me with alarms, but spam calls have not roled in yet to know if it fixed the vibrating while on silent mode. Hope this helps everyone!
