Besides the“albums” I’ve created, I am incredibly confused by the organization of my photos since the iOS 18 update, and worse than that, I can’t locate the “hidden” album, at all. Can anyone tell me how/where to look? And/or provide directions regarding navigating the Photos app. Thanks!

The "Hidden Photos" album should be shown below "Others". Tap the ">" to reveal all collections in the section "Others".
You may need to unhide the Hidden album, if it has been hidden. Delete or hide photos and videos on iPhone - Apple Support
"Hide the Hidden collection from view
By default, the Hidden collection is locked. You can add an extra layer of privacy by removing it from view.
