Why are my Apple Music streams not counting on Android device?

My apple music is non counting my streams from Last week and i dont know why ( i stream in Android devise) with my own created playlists but its sudenly stop counting , the music play normale but no counting in the charts

Can anyone at Apple please enlighten me as to why when I stream a song from my Apple Music library on my iPhone it does not count as a song played in the play count or last played columns unless it's on my iMac? This is the most frustrating thing because I utilize Smart Playlists and some are based on play counts/last played.
