The camera on my iPhone 14 stopped saving photos. I have verified that I have lots of storage and have the most updated iOS and restarted the phone several times. Has anyone else encountered and fixed this?

Please explain camera, like you're taking a pictures on your camera and it doesn't save?
In addition to the power off/on that you did, try a forced re-start:
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

That’s correct. I can take a picture but but within seconds it disappears and the photo isn’t saved
Camera will not save pictures to camera roll
