Unable to see calls in call log after updating iPhone 16 to iOS 18.3.1

I updated software to 18.3.1 for my iPhone 16 and since I’m unable to see latest calls after that day

Calls failed issues after upgrade to 18.3.1 on iphone 13 hi team, I'm using iphone 13 and recently updated to 18.3.1 after the upgrade I'm facing issues related to calls. my calls getting disconnected as call failed. Is there any solution for this ? Is there anyone facing similar issues. I’m facing call failed issues in each upgrade. Similar issue I’ve faced when I upgraded to 18.3 as well. Thought 18.3.1 will resolve the issue but it didn’t.

cant make or recieve calls since ios 18.5 update Since I updated my phone since the 10S 18.5 update I can’t make or receive calls and the call forwarding wheel is spinning. I’ve done everything suggested even restore my phone to factory setting and it still won’t work
