Unable to Access Screentime Controls

Ever since the 18.3.1 update I can’t access any of the screentime controls for my kids accounts. Is anyone else experiencing this? I’ve tried restarting.

Screentime for kids not working we have had apple devices for years. Up until now Screentime has worked great. Since updating devices to 16.2 and subsequently 16.3 all the screen time settings for our kids devices no longer get saved. Very frustrating. We gave tried restarting all the devices as well as signing in and out. Was hoping the update 16.3 would have fixed it. Any ideas - thanks

Screentime/parental control not working Parental Controls do not work and kids bypass screen restrictions. This has been happening for a year. Is there a fix, or are we waiting for the Apple show to stumble upon a solution and we just let our kids have full throttle access to everything. Has anyone found a solution that doesn’t involve deleting everything from everywhere and resetting it back up? Did that earlier in year and it did not work. Is Apple going to fix this glitch, or should we just assume Apple has no parental controls that work anymore. How hard is it to restrict screen access and screen time for kids? It worked fine up until an iOS update killed the entire system.

Screentime keeps resetting This has been happening for about 4+ weeks now. Screentime settings keep resetting themselves on my children's devices. They definitely don't know and cannot figure out their screentime passcodes as I set them on my laptop using a code generator. This is an ongoing issue and it has been really frustrating. I end up having to constantly check and reset the settings. This is happening on a quasi daily basis and on some days several times a day (like today: twice). The only explanation I can conclude is that Apple has not figured out how to fix this and the settings keep resetting when they whisper/background push updates to software/device. It has come to the point where Apple you either fix this or I move my family away from Apple products and services. #infuriatedcustomer
