Why is my iCloud linked to another family member's iPhone?

Please tell me why my icloud is linked to another family member's phone. I purchased a new phone today and it will not sync my icloud to my phone because it appears to be linked to another family member's phone.

Shared AppleID etc Okay, there’s 3 of us on AppleID. for the most part it seems as if the shared family thing was in effect, individually we have settings on our phones to not share it around and keep each other’s info on their phone alone. But sometimes a hiccup happens. can I make my own ID, and bring all my info from cloud and phone, over to new ID and maintain the data that’s under the previous? Or is it all poof?

It will sync to any device logged into your account. You can log in on the new device and sync.
