The Pegasus threat was patched a long time ago in Sept. 2023. Don't believe everything you read on the Internet.

No. If you did not enter anything into the phishing website, then it got nothing. For phishing to work you need to actually enter your information on the scam website. It does not work otherwise.

Whatever investment website was opened in Safari later, likely has nothing to do with the fishing website and text.

I believe that if your iPhone was not jailbroken, the only way to install an app would be from the App Store – or from an alternative App Store, if you are in the European Union.

Even if you clicked on a link that opened the App Store app, and took you to the page to download some dodgy app, I believe that your iPhone would have asked you to confirm that you wanted to install the app.

Nope. And even if it did download something, it won't run or install form within Safari or even the Files App.

iOS is highly secure in that regard and app installation is only permitted from verified sources like the App Store.

So my banking and other information should be safe because I didn’t input it?
