itunes playlists have all disappeared on PC desktop and PC laptop

has anyone experienced opening ITunes and all of your playlists are gone? On the laptop, the names of the playlists are still there, but the playlist is empty. On the desktop PC, even the playlist titles are gone and nothing is there, even under "songs"

Playlists disappearing My apple music playlists disappeared all of a sudden and I've tried everything I know to bring them back with o success so far. I've tried testing sync in Itunes and Restarting several times as well as logging out and back in several times. The playlists are showing in ITunes and that's all. I need them desperately. Has anyone ran into this problem before and have a fix by chance?
