Time and date faded on iPhone Lock Screen

The time and date on my lock screen is “faded out”. I have tried changing the font and color. Nothing works. I also lost the ability to have a different photo on the home screen. I just have a blurred out version of the lock screen photo. I want it back to the way it was.
