Why am I being charged $2.99 and 9.99 monthly from Apple?

If you have charges on your credit card for any of these charge lines, but no matching items actually charged by Apple, then your credit card has been compromised. Contact your card issuer. Have them reverse the charges if possible, then immediately cancel that card and a new one issued.

$2.99 per month could be for iCloud+ storage, if you're on the 200 GB per month plan. But check your purchases and subscriptions to make sure.
