Black screen on Mac mini 2024 with HDMI for a few seconds

I am using the Mac Mini 2024 version with HDMI, and occasionally the screen goes black for a few seconds before returning to normal.

After updating to 13.3 and 13.3.1 the goes black 2 times After updating to 13.3 and 13.3.1 the screen goes black during startup and switches back to normal shortly after the startup is complete, only to switch to black again. The screen goes black twice during startup. I have a 14-inch Macbook Pro with Apple M1.

May be a hardware or software issue, but read this,
