this is an internet email prompt. It keeps asking me to enter my username and password for the following server: smtp.mail.me.com
No matter who I ask, or what I do, this request keeps coming back. Now I just updated windows on my pc. it didn't help.

Is this happening when you try to log into this one or other sites?
Is your Apple ID/Apple Account a xxx.me address?
Apple Accounts continues to recognize xxx.me, xxx.mac, and even some old Earthlink addresses.
All that said, if it is a email prompt and not from Notifications, I am also suspicious.
