and where did it come from, you manually deleted from your internal drive, external drive?
Can you simply "skip" it and compare your results?
you can try from a SafeBoot Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support
Have you tried the FREE Malwarebytes?

The extension was not deleted, likely it was dragged to the trash whilst running.
