Where is the 'Look for Updates' option in iTunes for Windows 11?

The app should be the same in either Windows 10 or 11. Did you install iTunes by downloading an iTunes64Setup.exe from apple.com or did you use the Microsoft Store? If you used the Microsoft Store it should update automatically, but you can open the store to see if it presents an update option. If you did a standard install you can download the current version from this link:

With the traditional installer it would be Help > Check for Updates. If you've installed iTunes through the Microsoft Store updates should happen automatically.
