At 2 am my iPhone beeps 10 times and a light came out of the sound side and shone on the ceiling. This repeated several times. This has happened every 3 nights. How do I stop this

Oh my god, sounds terrible.
Have you checked if there are any alarms?
If there are none, there is another solution.
Before you go to bed, turn your iPhone off so it stops beeping.
If that does not work, obviously, your phone keeps turning on by itself, take your phone to an Apple expert or find your nearest genius bar.
