So I updated my ipad today to 17.7.5. I can no longer use app that requires internet. Can't access google or other websites on browser. It's having certificate issues.
Tried the following and still cannot fix it.
I can still access apple website and use the app store to download apps.

Here's the screenshot. It's only affecting my ipad. No issues with my iphone. Both have the same app and connected to the same router. I tried removing all adblock apps and restarting the ipad. It didn't work. Still no connection. Correct date and time.

Nope, resetting the network settings didn't fix it. I'll try the erasing all content/settings from the ipad option and start over. Hopefully that will fix it.
What are the certificate issues? (What is the error message shown?)
Is the iPhone date and rime correct?
If you have any add-on “coffee shop” VPN apps, any add-on security apps, any add-on browser extensions, or add-on MDM management or supervisory profiles, remove all of those, force-restart the iPhone, and test again.
Any MDM profiles installed?
Are your DNS queries going where expected?
You’ve mentioned no VPN, but to confirm, that’s no add-on VPN installed, and not just no VPN active, right?
Does this certificate error happen on other networks, or just this one?

It's set to auto. Same DNS server on my phone.
No VPN installed.
Also tested using my phone's hotspot (connected to phone carrier's data). Same certificate issue.
Okay. Bigger hammer time: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone (or iPad) > Reset Network Settings
