Midi Scale Quantizing Feature Broken

Hi,

I am wondering why Logic makes such elementary mistakes when quantizing pitch to a scale.

For example, when I record a C major scale and then set the scale quantize scale in the piano roll editor to natural minor or harmonic minor, Logic changes the major third (the pitch E) to F instead of E-flat.

I just can't believe this is happening. I set the root note to C, select the appropriate scale, choose the MIDI events, and click on Q. I tried this in different keys, but it always changes the major third to a perfect fourth.

Is there a trick I don't know about that would fix this?
