How do I get iTunes to play my playlists in Windows 11?

I have been using iTunes to build and use many playlists and has recently stopped working.

I don't want to use Apple Music app because it is limited and doesn't meet the needs I have.

I just want my iTunes to work and update as it was and I need this platform for what I am doing.

Is there any way to get my playlists back on iTunes and have the ability to use it as it was? Update sync apple music and playlists from phone to Windows 11?
