Advanced Data Protection has been removed in the UK. if it was previously on, will it continue to work?

So basically the Advanced Data Protection has recently been removed in the UK, I had it already on previously but now that it has been removed will the Advanced Data Protection still work even when it has been removed?

If you already had it turned on (not many actually did that!) then it will remain on until App,e work out how to phase it out without causing major server problems.

If you didn't have it on then it is unavailable now in UK (unless someone does a "deal")

If ANY of the devices on your account has older OS like iOS15 or OS catalina then it has never been available to you.


No, if it is off then we are back to where we were 2 years ago, perfectly safe from everyone except Apple if you keep your password secret.
