Advanced Data Protection in Europe ?
I live in Romania and I want to know when will Advanced Data Protection be available in Europe because as of right now I can’t activate it. It says it’s not yet supported in my region.

You are a not asking Apple here. This is community of end users, and Apple does not share their internal plans with us until they publish the information. No one here can answer you until the info is published.
You can ask Apple EU but, based on Apple's history of being "tight-mouthed" about future plans, I doubt they will respond at this time:
