I don’t have much expertise with this, but it does seem to be Boot Looping. I think you should try force restarting.

i havent had it replaced

Best case, that is the problem, since the battery is likely past due for replacement. The shop can confirm when you take the phone in for service.

Worst case, the motherboard is going to be need replacement and that gets really expensive. If it turns out that this is the culprit, the money might be better spent on a new phone.

Can you connect to itunes and try to open it up? If so, do a backup right away.
