In Pages i want to create a document that will have lines of high level information that when clicked will display low level information that normally wouldn't be displayed. Once you click the high level data the low level data will display if you click it again it will go away.

What you want to do could be done on a web page using an accordion concept, but Pages is a word-processing application and does not provide a feature that would allow you to expand or collapse document text content as you have described.
