How do I permanently delete pronouns field in Apple Contacts?

I want to permanently delete pronouns field in contacts added by Apple in recent update, how do I do this?

Apple gave us options to change or remove fields previously, why is this not available to permanently remove?

You cannot. Some email systems use the field. You need not use it nor populate it.

Hello~ You can’t remove it…simply ignore it. I myself find it helpful and use it often but you don’t have to use it at all.
