Can I factory reset an iPhone without the Apple ID password?

Good day, I recently bought a second hand Iphone from a pawnshop upon checking the apple ID and other accounts have not been log out yet, I tried turning on the erase all data option that after 10 attempts will erase the phones data but I failed to realize that it would need the apple Id and password of the previous owner for it to proceed, is there anything else I can do to reset the phone or can I go on a store for them to reset the phone, I'm really at my wits end here, please help.

There is no option to unlock the Apple Id , better you contact the owner of phone and tell him to log out the device .

Apple support will help you in unlocking the password but for this you need to provide original bill copy ,date of purchase and some other email details ,this is a time taking process and as you were not the owner of device they couldn't help you in this case .
